At J4 Stability & Safe Haven, we provide compassionate, person-centered services designed to help individuals and families achieve greater independence, stability, and overall well-being. Our programs support children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), intellectual and developmental disabilities, and other life transitions. Through residential care, outpatient therapy, and community-based services, we empower individuals with the skills, support, and resources needed to thrive.
Level III Residential Services
Our Level III Residential Program provides a structured, supportive, and therapeutic living environment for adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. Through 24-hour supervision, individualized care planning, life skills development, and therapeutic support, we help youth build healthy coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and work toward long-term stability and success.

NC Medicaid 1915(i) Services
J4 Stability & Safe Haven provides NC Medicaid 1915(i) services for individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and other behavioral health needs. Our services are designed to promote independence, improve quality of life, strengthen community connections, and provide the support individuals need to thrive at home and in their communities.
Outpatient Therapy
Our outpatient therapy services provide individuals and families with professional therapeutic support to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Through evidence-based treatment approaches, we help clients develop healthy coping skills, improve relationships, manage stress, and work toward personal growth and overall wellness.
